Toufic Geagea

My movement journey began early, with a background in sports, six years of bodybuilding, and a growing interest in improvisation and dance.

With a BSc in Exercise Science, my understanding of movement was deepened through both academic knowledge and practical exploration. My practice then evolved through further research and study of movement under various teachers, including Ido Portal and Marcello Palozzo, joining his school in Austria and becoming part of the first cohort of the Human Movement Studies program.

As the founder and teacher of Movement Circle Montreal (2023), the mission is to cultivate a space where movement becomes a tool for self-discovery, connection, and embodied learning, guiding others toward creative expression and self-realization—a journey I walk alongside my students.

Adel Shiab

In 2012, Adel graduated in kinesiology from the University of Montreal. He began his exploration of movement as a personal trainer in various gyms and, two years later, decided to study osteopathy to better understand the human body.

After completing his osteopathy studies in Montreal in 2019, he embarked on intense full-time research into Movement Practice. He is currently a student of @palozzo.marcello in the first cohort of "Human Movement Studies Program". He has been teaching classes to his community for over three years in Montreal and in Europe.

Recently, he opened his own space for movement practice and exploration in Montreal, "Movement Practice Montréal", providing his community with the opportunity to explore the curiosity that may arise regarding the body and its possibilities.
