Teachers
-

Adel Shiab
Founder of Movement Practice Montréal, kinesiologist and osteopath, I teach a variety of group classes centered around movement. But my true passion remains hand balancing, a practice I’ve been cultivating for over 8 years.
I’ve had the chance to train alongside Cirque du Soleil artists and international-level gymnastics athletes, experiences that have allowed me to develop my own hand-balancing shapes while enriching my teaching. My approach is guided by exploration and play, while diving into biomechanics, anatomy, and the fundamental principles of balance.
For the past five years, I’ve been teaching handstand on a weekly basis, sharing this practice consistently with a growing community.

He has been teaching handstand every week for the last three years, through both academic study and embodied experience, he has developed a foundational program for other teachers.
